First image is a sublimated polo. The advantages are a very crisp shiny print. The colour and look of the collar and pocket is matched well to the rest of the shirt. The image is also at a very high resolution (up to 720 dpi), a very broad range of colour, and the colours are very resistant to fading and bleeding. sublimation
The second image is a cotton/polyester jacquard knit with embroidery. The advantages are a shirt that cannot be duplicated by any other manufacturing system, the cotton rich blend is more comfortable and less likely to irritate than polyester. jacquard knit
This sample shirt as pictured is available to our customers who haven't had the opportunity to see our jacquard knits on a shirt. The stars on this shirt are knitted in, and the gold is "carried through" the purple, blending in.
Formed by yarns with two sets of blended colours, this Brolga's supporters shirt mimicks the stripe of the Brolga Rugby Jersey, but has embedded Brolga logos in the blue fabric and embedded CUELDEE (Clothing sponsor) in the yellow stripe. This is great to keep the spirit of the traditional stripe, while adding watermark style motifs within the stripes. Click to enlarge Note the subtle design within the fabric as well as the embroidery
Taken at the recent Delfin NRA fashion design awards on the Gold Coast. Features the "Tito" design label, manufactured by Cueldee. Finals televised live this friday night.
The following picture is a close-up of the pocket of the shirt. As you can see the fish jumping out of the water is knitted into the fabric with an embossed look, while the boat logo is embroidered onto the pocket. Click the picture for an even closer look to see how the fabric colours are blended in a "birdseye" fashion on the main part of the fabric.
Another of our recent orders had hockey-sticks tiled over the shirt - The two colours used were royal blue and lt gold. In the main part of the fabric the birdseye blends the two colours giving a slightly greenish tinge.
